1) Mindful MediZen Life Coaching is for people on the go! Sometimes it may feel like there just aren't enough hours in the day to schedule a traditional counseling session. College students; working professionals and busy parents often struggle to find an entire hour to care for their mental health needs. If this seems to be the case for you, Jane Woods offers distance sessions to help you balance your busy schedules.
The following calendar is for "Mindful MediZen" distance life coaching sessions ONLY. Please contact Jane, if you would like to learn more about our distance sessions. We can discuss your situation and determine if this therapy is appropriate for your needs.
2) Jane Woods Therapy continues to provide traditional counseling services in the comfort of her office to address emotional and behavioral issues such as anxiety, depression and other diagnostic mental health disorders. Jane offers a highly personalized approach tailored to each of her clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for.
